Return & Refund Policy (Fabs City Fabrics)
We accept returns within 5 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items (Cut Fabrics)
We do not accept returns for any cut fabrics or materials, including:
- Lace cut to specific lengths (e.g. 1 metre, 2 metres, 2.5 metres, etc.)
- Ankara / African print cut to customer-selected lengths
- Any fabric that has been measured and cut from a full roll
These items are considered custom-cut orders and are non-refundable.
Returnable Fabrics
Only the following items are eligible for return:
- Full, uncut fabrics (e.g. 5-metre lace, full rolls of Ankara or African print)
- Items returned in the exact condition they were received
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Or incorrect
Please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it appropriately.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please note:
- Banks may take additional time to process the refund
Important Note
Due to the nature of fabric sales, cut and measured materials cannot be resold, which is why they are non-returnable.
